It starts with a phone call. When you give us a call our lovely receptionist Jessica answers (during business hours) to ensure that all calls are directed to the best department to handle the query. When you want to book a locksmith for a job your call will be transferred to our service department.
One of our job coordinators will take your call and book in your appointment with a locksmith technician. These guys work hard to schedule all of our on road techs with the jobs for each day. Of course there are also emergency jobs that they need to schedule in ASAP. The service team are also able to provide you with a quote before booking in your locksmith job.
Our technicians are scheduled in 2 hour time blocks. “The technician will be at your place between 11am and 1pm”) The technician will contact you if for any reason they are unable to attend at the arranged time. All of our Wynns Locksmiths drive a branded vehicle and wear a uniform. You can be safe with the knowledge that a respectful and professional locksmith has arrived to work on your property.
Once our locksmith has arrived they will assess the requirements of the job. If there is anything out of the ordinary or different from what had originally been quoted or discussed with you when booking the work they will explain and discuss with you before continuing.
Once the locksmith has completed working on your premises they will take payment from you for the work provided. At the time of payment you will be issued with a payment receipt (via email) and can pay via credit card. A paid tax invoice will be sent to you one (1) business day after work has been completed. This is due to the information being received and completed by our accounts department.
