Meet Gurman Kaur – Wynns Team Member Lit Up
1. How long have you been with Wynns Locksmiths, and what’s your current role?
I’ve been with Wynns Locksmiths for over four years now, and I currently hold the position of Supervisor at city store. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
2. What first drew you to lock smithing (or the security industry)?
I’ve always had an interest in problem-solving and to know about different things and lock smithing is a perfect blend of both. There’s always something new to learn in this field, which keeps things exciting.
3. What do you enjoy most about your work at Wynns?
What I enjoy most about working at Wynns is the sense of accomplishment when we help our customers solve a problem, whether it’s something as simple or complex as a full security system overhaul. I also enjoy the team dynamic here—everyone’s always willing to share knowledge and support each other, which makes coming to work each day something I look forward to.
4.What keeps you motivated or inspired in your day-to-day work?
The fact that no two days are ever the same keeps me motivated. Whether I’m tackling a new type of lock, helping someone out of a tricky situation, or learning a new technology, there’s always something to keep me engaged.
5. Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?
Outside of work, I’ really love hiking , nature. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and exploring new places when I get the chance.
