How long have you been with Wynns Locksmiths, and what’s your current role?
I have been with Wynns Locksmiths for 11 months. I work as an Accounts Receivable (AR) officer.
What first drew you to locksmithing (or the security industry)?
I’m interested in the security industry because it helps protect people and businesses, and this role allows me to use my accounting skills.
What do you enjoy most about your work at Wynns?
I enjoy solving small challenges in my daily work, especially when matching payments with invoices.
Is there a project, challenge, or moment you’re particularly proud of?
Some days are challenging when there are many payments to process or when I need to find remittance details, but it feels good when everything is matched correctly.
What’s something people might be surprised to learn about your role or the Preston branch?
A lot of work happens behind the scenes, like entering payments and matching remittances to make sure accounts are correct.
What keeps you motivated or inspired in your day-to-day work?
Learning new things and improving my work every day keeps me motivated.
Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?
I like watching series, resting, and going for walks.
